I LOVE Trader Joes!

Great finds today! Eggplant, fresh thyme and (more) daffodils. They look so pretty just sitting on the counter all together! (and the flowers haven't even bloomed yet!) Gifts from Earth.
Making eggplant parmigiana tonight! Can't wait!
